Giardiniera mixed pickles are made using the finest quality vegetables in particular carrots, celery, onions and gherkins. All the chopping and preserving is already done all you need to do is add it to other vegetable or rice salads. This variety is lightly salted to allow each vegetable to shine.
Ideal to eat them on their own, add to pasta or toss them through a salad, or add them to an antipasto platter or enjoy as a great pizza topping.
