Zuccato capers have an intense green colour typical of fruit grown in rocky areas which retain their characteristic flavour.
These whole piquant capers are preserved in vinegar or in salt.
Available in three sizes – Zuccato Capers in Vinegar are 9/10mm in diameter, Zuccato Small Capers are 7mm in diameter and then the Zuccato Baby Capers or smaller again and are only 4mm in diameter
Ideal in many dishes, from pizzas and pasta to all kinds of meat, fish, sauces and salads. Also, Caperberries are a fabulous addition to any tapas, antipasto platter or add them in drinks or just as a pre-dinner nibble.
