The sweetness of the roasted butternut pumpkin and caramelised onions, and the nutty browned butter sauce and crispy sage are a winning combination when it comes to these moist Risotto balls, hand rolled in a light crispy Panko crumb.
All our Arancini are hand rolled and made with a traditional Risotto base using Italian Arborio rice, fresh locally sourced produce and snap frozen to maintain freshness, nutrients, flavour and crunch.
Ordering options are for oven bake or deep fry:
Deep Fry - Deep Fry Arancini in 160°C canola oil from frozen for 6 minutes.
Oven Bake - Preheat oven to 220°C fan forced. Place Arancini from Frozen ( do not thaw) on a baking tray and bake fro approx. 12 minutes
Rest 2-3 minutes once out of oven before serving.
